2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 888pnl complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 888pnl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Information. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. 888pnl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued ID.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 888pnl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 888pnl or from gambling platforms generally are not permitted to register or maintain an account. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 888pnl account, whether or not authorized by you. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
3.2 You must notify 888pnl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. 888pnl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 You agree not to allow any other person to use your 888pnl account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Allowing a third party to use your account, or using another person's account, is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 888pnl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, 888pnl cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 888pnl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 888pnl's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 888pnl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 888pnl targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard banking hours.
4.4 Verification. 888pnl may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 888pnl account are your own personal funds, lawfully obtained, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. 888pnl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 888pnl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction.
5.1 888pnl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
5.3 888pnl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and suspension or termination of your account.
6.1 All games available on the 888pnl Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with real-time audit capabilities.
6.2 The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. 888pnl is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 888pnl reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. 888pnl's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Bets placed after the official close of a market or event will be void. 888pnl reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

8.1 All content on the 888pnl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of 888pnl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 888pnl's prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888pnl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 888pnl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888pnl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 888pnl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 888pnl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
11.3 You may close your 888pnl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees and completion of verification.
12.1 888pnl may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 888pnl will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 888pnl Platform shall first be submitted to 888pnl's customer support team for informal resolution. 888pnl will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
